Rich epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction.  Rich grew up in two unique worlds of New York and the Catskill Mountains and started his sales habit at the age of 13.  He has been rising at the crack of dawn for the last 30 years and built successful careers in the data transfer industry and specialized in startups businesses, digital marketing, and now in real estate, he is afforded the satisfaction of merging both his professional acumen and his authentic personal connection with his clients. He thrives in meeting people but feels his truest achievement comes from delivering on the promises he makes to his clients.

Rich is a uniquely devoted and energetic guy, who is able to give 100% to all areas of his life, his clients, his work, friends, family, his dogs and still knows how to have fun and find relaxation. He is an adventurous guy who has many tales of racing cars and motorcycles, speedboats and near death adventures! He is a guy who lives and loves life, up for most anything …. he’ll zipline with you at Hunter Mountain, hike Overlook Mountain, cliff jump into a swimming hole, or reel that in and meet you for a martini.

Rich has developed many businesses and excelled in building, managing, and growing sales teams over various industries. When he finally decided to “Live the Dream” and turn his second home in the country into his full time residence, real estate found him and he pursued it with the kind of dedication you can expect from him day to day. He is so passionate about this calling in life that he has developed his own trademarked brand that represents his unique style, approach, personality and success. Lovingly named the Wolf of Woodstock by many of his clients, due to his tenacity, aggressive digital marketing and ridiculous work ethic, he knew he wanted to create a new type of realtor/client experience!
