Our Retreats are unique events that are carefully crafted to introduce you to the millenary practice of Yoga and Meditation . This Retreat creates a safe, sacred space for all, from advanced yogis to new aspiring yogis; we all deserve to experience joy.
What happens at the retreat?
You can participate in 4 meditation sessions and 2 classes of Yoga asanas with experienced teachers. You will experience at least 4 sessions of blissful kiirtan chanting, attend workshops & talks from highly experienced Yogis. Oops almost forgot to mention…. , a nature walk, awesome music and evening story telling. So, it’s also a great space to make new friends, have fun & enjoy delicious vegetarian food (well, you will have to cook your own at home, if the retreat is online).
